TEXAS HISTORICAL COMMISSION AWARDS PRESERVATION GRANT TO GRAPEVINE’S NASH FARM RESTORATION PROJECT
Grapevine, Texas – November 28, 2006 – The Grapevine Heritage Foundation Board of Directors announced today that its grant application to the Texas Historical Commission’s Texas Preservation Trust Fund (TPTF) has been approved for $30,000.
The Grapevine Heritage Foundation will restore Nash Farm to reflect the life and times of the early farmers and setters who established Grapevine.
In 1991, the City of Grapevine adopted a Historic Preservation Ordinance in an effort to protect the city's rich, unique architectural heritage. <<read more...>>
